Mike Allen

Mike brings more than 35 years of media sales experience spanning both print and digital platforms. Previously, he served as Head of Agency Sales at the Daily Mail, Head of Print Advertising at Reach (Trinity Mirror), Daily Telegraph, News UK, and Trading Director at Express Newspapers. With a decade-long focus on supporting independent publishers to increase revenue, Mike has contributed to numerous website and publication launches, delivering cost-effective strategies for market entry.

Ian Tournes

Ian possesses over 30 years of media experience, having occupied senior roles within agencies and publishing organisations. His agency background includes positions at Mediacom and Starcom, managing accounts such as the UK Government and BT, and leading publishing planning and buying at Starcom. Ian transitioned to IPC/Time Inc as Group Trading Director, overseeing agency relations, and also directed business development, creative solutions, strategy, and client teams. Subsequently, he became Commercial Director for Time Out UK and France. For the past three years, Ian has consulted with publishers of all sizes, helping them grow commercial revenue through established and emerging platforms.

Jigs Pankhania

Jigs is recognised as one of the market’s leading Insert Sales professionals, with 25 years’ experience across both agency and sales roles for prominent organisations. He manages all inserts for a portfolio of more than 100 consumer and B2B titles. His previous roles include Head of Inserts at Reader’s Digest (2017) and insert lead across DMGT (Mail Newspapers) from 2016 to 2017.

David Vokes

David is a commercial sports partnerships specialist with 25 years’ experience generating £75m+ in media revenue across print, digital and social platforms. Known for proactive deal-making, launching pundit media careers and delivering award-winning commercial innovations.

Louisa Patey

Louisa is a highly accomplished commercial and trading leader with extensive experience driving revenue, partnerships and investment across media agencies, She has a strong track record in media sales and commercial strategy, working with agency partners and clients to unlock growth and deliver impactful cross‑platform solutions. Known for her ability to build and nurture strategic relationships, Louisa combines deep industry insight with commercial acumen to deliver outstanding results in complex and competitive media environments.
